WELDERS

Currenlty taking applications for 1st shift welders. Applicant must be experienced in welding stainless steel as well as mild steel and assembly. Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and fabrication of ag equipment also helpful. Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.

SUPERVISOR

Applicant must have experience in being a supervisor or lead person. Ability to deal with multiple activities and tasks on a daily basis. Coordinate customer demands with production schedule. Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and fabrication of agricultural equipment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. A mechanical background with experience in hydraulics would be helpful. Responsible for finished product.

MECHANIC

Applicant must have a mechanical background with experience in hydraulics. Raven controller knowledge would be helpful, but not required. Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and fabrication of ag equipment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to deal with multiple activities and tasks on a daily basis.

First Shift hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There is a 90-day introductory period. Salary and Performance Reviews are conducted at 90 days, 6 months then yearly on anniversary date.

Full Time employees are eligible to participate in benefits 90 days after the first of the next month of start date. Benefits include:
